Science is neither Polish nor foreign. It is one, and only openness and cooperation allow it to develop. That is why we need to take care of cooperation, the departure of Polish scientists abroad and the arrival of researchers in Poland. While working and living conditions are important, the quality of science is key to internationalisation. It attracts the best scientists, but first, they need to learn about it.
It is impossible to imagine the development of science without international cooperation. Scientists need to collaborate, travel, meet. Internationalisation means that researchers from Poland go abroad and scientists come to Poland. In this exchange, the quality of research plays a key role, and only later come practical issues. They are important, but not the most important. However, it is first necessary to go out into the world with this information, and it is never easy.
